The protected deal path
- Record the inquiry. Collector context, budget, dealer attribution, source, and protection risks enter one deal room.
- Let the representative work. The agent qualifies, drafts, explains missing terms, and produces a response or quote structure. Nothing is sent.
- Approve as artist. Only the artist issues the USD quote. The system hashes the exact terms, expiry, lines, and commission basis.
- Accept as collector. Acceptance is bound to the approved snapshot. It does not falsely claim a contract was signed or money moved.
- Fulfill with proof. Agreement, external payment evidence, condition, shipping, delivery, and provenance become distinct auditable events.
Artist authority boundary. Agents cannot sign contracts, move money, touch wallets, transfer rights, publish, or send collector updates without an explicit human approval gate.
